I joined Result in 2007 as a Customer Support Analyst with nearly 20 years experience in conflict resolution. In 2014 I joined the Project delivery team as a Projects Analyst.
As part of the project delivery team I am more able to identify with our customer’s needs, and enjoy employing logical solutions to the complex problems our customers face.
I'm currently working closely with BAM, Balfour Beatty and Brandon Tool Hire and look forward to helping more customers as their business grows.

Laurie Harbeson - Project Coordinator
I joined rentalresult in November 2014 as a Project Coordinator. Even though I am a newbie to the company I bring a tremendous amount of rental and sales experience. Having worked for the one of the largest privately owned industrial pump companies in the U.S. and an aerial lift rental company I have 18 years of combined experience in the rental, sales and manufacturing businesses.
My experience at both rental companies has given me the opportunity to share my knowledge and skillsets of implementing their company with a valuable equipment management software. I love being able to figure out how to work smarter not harder and look forward to helping our current and new customer’s with streamlining their processes with our software.
Dave Verheyen - Project Manager
Over the last 10 years working with Result I have been part of the Project Delivery Team looking after the implementation of our software, from Point of Sales all the way through to Go-Live.
From construction companies like Balfour Beatty or BAM to crane companies like HTC Plant or King Lifting, a great understanding of their business processes has led to successful implementations and therefore happy customers.
I look forward to helping our new and existing customers grow their business and integrate some of the great new features of our system into their process flows.

I've been involved for nearly 4 years in the A to Z of Result's project and support business, from Acme Lift to Zeppelin CAT and many others in between such as Balfour Beatty, Doosan Babcock, and Xylem Inc.
I'm old enough to remember the industry discussions many years ago on whether we would ever be able to run an integrated paperless rental process. The nay sayers said we couldn't do it!

Carmen DeLeon - Project Analyst
I joined rentalresult in 2012 as a Project Analyst with over 5 years Aerial and Crane rental industry experience.
Coming from a user of asset management software environment I am able to identify with our customer’s needs, and answer the many questions clients have about rental, purchasing, workshop, and many more.
As part of the project implementation team I love providing solutions to the challenges our customers face, and continuing to help existing customers

I’ve been involved with some major projects, such as Balfour Beatty, and look forward to helping many more customers as their business grows.
Mike Waters - Business Intelligence Manager
I joined rentalresult in 1997 as a trainee developer working on the 4GL system. Progressing through Development, Support and the Project Delivery teams before joining the Business Intelligence team in 2005. In 2012 I became the manager of the Business Intelligence team.
I have worked closely with many clients in the UK, Europe, the USA, the Middle East and Australia such as BAM, Ainscough Crane Hire, Xylem Inc and Acme Lift to deliver tailored reporting solutions. My particular interests lie in helping our clients maximise their rentalresult set up and utilize our reporting technologies to gain insights into their business performance and implement management controls.

Ilya Zhuravliov - Java Developer
During my time at Result, I've been involved in a number of major projects, such as the development of the e-commerce website (for Balfour Beatty), REST endpoints and integration with Salesforce system (for Mobile Mini), SOAP and CSV based interfaces between Oracle R12 and rentalresult (for Balfour Beatty), Scala conversion project (for Result).
I’m interested in Spring.io projects, web technologies, Typesafe platform, intersystem integration and interface technologies in general, to name just a few.

Worked for Result since 1995. My first major project involvement at Result was coding changes required to fix any Y2K bug issues (which makes me feel slightly old !).
Result's done a great job retaining the same culture and vibe we had in the early days, and we're still a great group of people with a common aim pulling together to get the work done. I feel this reflects itself in the close bonds we form with our customers. I love the fact we're not a faceless organisation and enjoy jumping on a call with our customers worldwide to get the job done.
I've held many different positions in the company and enjoyed them all, but love the current challenges in Development. I'm fascinated by the the different ways we can use our experience and technologies to drive business benefit for all our customers in all sectors and it's this that inspires myself and the team.

over 10 years experience of implementing the rentalresult system my passion for sharing knowledge helps me as the training manager to work with customers to devise the best plan to manage the changes faced during implementation.
While working on numerous implementations I've performed various roles including trainer, business analyst and more recently project managing implementing our solution to a number of our construction customers including McCarthy Building Companies, inc and Messer Construction.
I love innovating new approaches to help provide solutions to the challenges rentalresult and our customers face, and continue to help existing customers like ACME Lift Co. and Mobile Mini as their businesses grow and processes change to be supported by the rentalresult equipment rental management software.

An accountant by trade, with a number of years experience in the Construction and Leasing industries, it certainly helps to answer the many questions clients have about the financials functionality of the software.
As part of my role of Financial Implementation Manager, I get to deal with and see virtually all of our clients coast to coast in the USA with SmartSource Rentals (New York) and McGrath RentCorp (California) and going a little further south, MegaMak
in Mexico. All our clients are different which makes my role challenging, but very rewarding.
